| Concept |

The typography in the logo draws inspiration from the renowned Afitos stones, giving it a distinct organic touch. The design of typography is inspired by the etchings of Vassilis Pavls, a respected local sculptor and one of the key organizers of the volunteer efforts. The logotype itself cleverly combines a magnifying glass (resembling a lowercase “a” for Afitos) with a human figure, symbolizing the organization’s dedication to caring for the people of Afitos. The color palette, mirroring the earthy tones of the stone, adds to the logo’s overall aesthetic. In addition, a second logo was created in the same style to highlight the cultural journey established by the volunteers. For each of the 19 stops along the path, I have created a layout incorporating archival photographs and informative text to illustrate the cultural significance.
